Arabian Nights

Hello! 🙂

It’s getting a little too dusty in here, don’t you think? Anyhoo, it’s been almost a month since I got back from Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Madinah Al-Munawwarah, the famous holy lands. I’ve started missing these two places the moment I boarded the coach to Jeddah to catch a flight home. :/

So on the 8th of June, SV 838 took us to Jeddah, where we embarked on a 6-hour journey to Madinah by coach. With a couple of stops here and there, of course.

Madinah’s just magnificent. Especially the Prophet’s Mosque, where we performed most our prayers during our stay there.

We even paid a visit to Jabal/Mount Uhud! It is where the Battle of Uhud had taken place and was led by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). 🙂

We hit the road again for a couple of long hours for Makkah on the 11th of June.

We stopped by a mosque for a while though. Such brilliant architecture, it has.

See? Anyway, we performed our very first Umrah @ Masjidil Haram after grabbing a couple of bites for dinner the moment we reached the hotel in Makkah. Makkah; another breathtakingly beautiful place on Earth, I’d say. 🙂 All praises to Him, we get to perform Umrah for four times when we were there. :’)

You know that amazing feeling you feel? The one that’s unimaginable and at the same time, it just defies any description that’s been thrown to it? That’s how I’d describe my first Umrah experience. 🙂

Thank you family, for staying strong throughout the journey.

Thank you friends and relatives, for your prayers.

Thank You, for making everything possible for all of us.

I’ll see you again one day, insyAllah. 🙂

Sorry miss there is a correction……there is no Miqat mosque…..
What u went is a miqat…..a miqat is a place where u do ur niat for ur umrah on put on your ihram…the mosque that u stop over near the border is called Zu ‘l-Hulafa, serving pilgrims coming from Medina or Bir Ali (well of Ali)
    keep posting :)share ur journey…:))
