It’s been a long time, hasn’t it? 😉
Here’s what happened – right after my trip to the Middle East (I really need to set aside some time to write about this btw :P), I picked up art again. I did something creative almost every day. It was only after I started to feel comfortable creating art pieces that I welcomed commissioned ones with open arms. For those who followed me on Instagram, this would be old news.
My very first commissioned piece is a framed birthday card with a nautical theme.
Paper: Monjojo Watercolor Pad (A5/220gsm/cold-pressed)
Paint: Daler Rowney Aquafine Watercolour Pocket Set
Pen: Sakura Pigma Micron in 0.1 mm
I had fun designing this piece because I have a thing for nautical stuff too. It must be from watching too much of POTC while growing up. 😛
Will share more commissioned pieces next time!
