All orders will be mailed out the next working day.
For local shipping, Shakina Razale Illustration will not be responsible for any lost Normal Mail. Kindly opt for SingPost Registered Mail if possible.
For international shipping, only SingPost Registered Mail is available and will take around 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
Because of COVID-19, please expect severe shipping delays. Domestic orders might be delayed 2-3 days, but international orders could take 3-4 months to arrive.
Refunds & Exchange
As a small, independent business, Shakina Razale Illustration currently does not offer refunds and/or exchanges. However, please do reach out to me if there is anything less than satisfactory, and I will try my best to help you.
